KL sinkhole: SAR continues on fifth day

The search and rescue (SAR) operation for Indian national Vijayalaksmi, 48, who fell into an eight-meter-deep sinkhole in Jalan Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur entered its fifth day on Tuesday (Aug 27).  A SAR personnel was seen with a ground penetrating radar (GPR) detector, which was used to locate victims buried under the rubble at the Father's Organic Farm campsite in Batang Kali in December 2022. 00:20radiation to locate buried pipes and cables underground, as well as cavities in the ground.

00:26It was used to locate victims buried under the rubble at the father's organic farm campsite

00:42Suleiman said the search effort will continue until the victim is found.

00:47The search and rescue operation is also ongoing at other parts of the seven-kilometre-long

00:52sewer line and the Indah Water Sewer Plant in Pantai Dalam.

00:56A task force comprising the Mineral and Geoscience Department and Public Works Department has
