NSW public can now livestream triple zero calls to police

The NSW public can now livestream their emergency triple zero calls to police and text dispatchers in multiple languages.

00:34Bluelink has a chat function that can be used by OOO operators and members of the public.

00:40For instance, if somebody is uncomfortable or in a situation where they can't talk to

00:45the OOO operator, then they can text via the chat function.
