00:00Malaysia will consider treating more injured Palestinians if there is a need, says Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

00:11Speaking to reporters at the Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory Mosque this morning, he said the current focus is on treating those already here.

00:20Earlier this month, Malaysia brought in 41 injured Palestinians for further treatment at a military hospital here.

00:27They were transported here from Cairo, Egypt by the Royal Malaysian Air Force.

00:32Anwar dismissed criticisms by some Malaysians against the humanitarian mission to treat the injured Palestinians as being political in nature,

00:41calling them symptoms of a disease of jealousy.
