00:17all the girls affected by this incident. No words can adequately capture the depth of pain and loss

00:24felt by yourselves but you've shown extraordinary strength and grace despite the overwhelming

00:31sadness that has filled your days. I'm sure in a time of such great sorrow the resolve and spirit

00:38of this community has provided a source of comfort and reassurance. Through the many acts of kindness

00:45and solidarity it is evident that Southport is not just a place it is your home and it will forever

00:53be Elsie's home.
