00:07If you have tried it or not, you can make it at home very easily.
00:12This is an authentic recipe.

00:17Your guests will lick their fingers and eat it.
00:20To make malai gosht at a wedding, first of all, we need half a kilo of boneless meat.
00:25Include a little fat in it.
00:27Only then will it taste good.
00:29Next, we will marinate it.
00:31Let's see the ingredients.
00:32Add 3 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste.
00:37Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

00:42Add 7-8 green chilies.
00:45Add 1 tablespoon of raw papaya paste.
00:50We are making this gosht without a pressure cooker.
01:00If you don't have raw papaya paste, use a pressure cooker.
01:06Now, mix all the ingredients well.
01:09After mixing all the ingredients well with the meat, let it marinate for an hour.
01:16Till the meat is marinated, let's make another paste.
01:20For this, we need 12 almonds, 12 cashews, and 12 pistachios.

02:42Add 100 grams of chopped onion.

02:57Add 2-3 teaspoons of jaggery.

03:47After sauteing it on high flame, reduce the flame to low.

03:56So that at least 50% of the juice gets absorbed in the mutton.

04:43After cooking the mutton, reduce the flame to low for 3-4 minutes.

04:52Cook it on low flame till the mutton is completely cooked.
04:57Check it in between.
05:00If you want to use a pressure cooker, you can use it.
