00:00You sort of burst onto the scene last year, that finish at the Honda, I guess now the

00:07Cognizant, you and Chris Kirk, and as we kind of talked about, 43rd last season, made it

00:13into Signature Events.

00:14This season, now you've done the same by finishing 46th, could even improve on that, but in Signature

00:19Events for 2025.

00:21Just curious, in the last two years, what you feel like the biggest thing you've learned

00:26is on tour, and how you kind of play that forward for goal-setting for 2025?

00:30Yeah, I mean, biggest thing I've learned probably is that, you know, you don't have to play

00:36perfect golf.

00:37I think a lot of times when you're not out here on tour, you watch the coverage or something

00:41like that, and you know, you're seeing guys who are playing some of the best weeks of

00:45their life, and you're seeing every shot they hit, and it just looks like they're not missing

00:49any shots.

00:50So, I think that's one thing that I've learned is, you know, you do obviously have to play

00:55well to have a good finish, but you don't necessarily have to play perfect.

00:58You're allowed to hit a few bad shots here and there, and yeah, to just not beat yourself

01:04up too much and try and be too much of a perfectionist.

01:07Is there any PGA Tour player before you came out here that you tried to model your game

01:11after?

01:12Hmm, good question.

01:16Not really, honestly.

01:17I can't think of one.

01:20Well, can I give you my comparison of like your game?

01:24Your game reminds me so much of Zach Johnson's.

01:26I think y'all have similar strengths, similar ball flights.

01:29You know, I think you carry yourselves in a very similar manner.

01:34Y'all both cash a lot of checks.

01:35I'll take that.

01:36So, that's my comparison.

01:39Any course I feel like that suits Zach Johnson's game, I feel like suits your game, too.

01:42Yeah, thank you.

01:43Yeah, no, I play with Zach in New Orleans this year, and he was playing great, and I

01:48kind of saw a little bit of that, too.

01:50I feel like we both hit a little lower draw.

01:55When you play that style, there's definitely courses that fit your game more than maybe

01:59some of the U.S. Opens and Memorial type of courses.
