Family Risks Their Lives To Rescue Baby Goats In Flood

When a flash flood hit their farm, this family risked their lives to save every last baby goat. Stephanie shared with us the nerve-wracking details of the rescue!

00:48Trying to keep an eye on these goats while also keeping an eye on my family.

01:20There's Jake and Laramie. They've got a goat in their canoe. All right so Jake and Laramie do not

01:28have a paddle so they're having to kind of use structures and fencing and their hands to get

01:37around. Bree and Buddy look like they're trying to make their way back now but the current is

01:44really picking up with the wind. I'm continuing to have to move back. I'm getting pushed back

01:50further and further up the driveway. All right guys. Everybody's made it back up here. All the

01:57little goats that needed rescuing are rescued. All the big animals have something they can get

02:02up there on top of. It's the morning after as you can see. Sun is out. The water has receded back.

02:10We've got animals we've got to get back in their home so I'm probably going to start on that.

02:15Chickens kind of can return back to some sense of normalcy now. That's a big tree.
