The dough for this pirozhki has a soft, fluffy texture, and you can also use it to make Qottab (a type of Persian pastry).
You can fill the pirozhki with any ingredients you like, but I chose a combination of meat, mushrooms, and bell peppers, which gives it an amazing flavor.
Note: This dough needs to rest for 3 hours to rise properly.
Ingredients for the dough (7 People): 7 Cups Flour 1/2 Cup Water 1/2 cup Oil 2 Cups whisked Yogurt 2 and a Half Tablespoons Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1 Teaspoon Yeast 1 teaspoon Baking soda 4 Tablespoons Breakfast Cream 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
Ingredients for the filling (7 People): 700 gr Beef 2 Large Onions 2 Bell Peppers 1 kg Mushrooms 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste 1 Teaspoon Thymus powder 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder 1 tablespoon Paprika Salt and Black Pepper Powder as Needed
For Brushing Pirozhki: 1 Whole Egg Sesame as Needed..
