I would say coach representation, honestly. I feel like that's the first step.

I heard a stat where it's only 16% right now of female coaches,

and so again, we want to inspire the next generation to want to coach

and believe that their dream is possible.

And so I think being able to have that, maybe next Olympics it's at 30%,

move that up, it's going to make a huge difference,

and then pay equity is definitely next.
