00:04and a little bit more male-dominated sport. I've always believed women can do

00:10anything that boys can do but yeah just when I was asked to do this I definitely

00:18my immediate response was no, no I can't do that I'm too scared and in my sport I

00:28practiced a lot of whenever I felt that fear it's actually like a sign to

00:34actually say yes you can do it and do the process and do things you can make

00:41it less scary and then go and be brave so I said yes and I'm here to do that

00:49for my daughters and yeah to be brave and show them that you can be scared and

00:55do it anyway
