00:00We have also prepared thoroughly to oppose any request by the accused person.

00:13And we say so because we have sufficient reasons that we wish to put on before the court to oppose bail.

00:27We have heard numerous of people being killed, especially women, in this country of Kenya.

00:42And we want to say with no uncertain terms that you should never kill a woman.

00:51Women should never be touched.

00:59If there is any other way that you want to address any concern, you should use the legal means.

01:09Anything that goes outside the legal realm is something that we condemn in the strongest terms possible.

01:19And we pray for the family of Rael Kirok Biwot as they continue to mourn their loved one.

01:31And as they continue to pursue justice before the on record court.

01:36And we are lucky that the case of Rachel went to the media. There are very many cases that went to the media.

01:40There are very many cases in the rural areas that don't even see light. They don't even get social media.

01:44So as a team we are also going to work on the statistics. There is a rise of femicide in this country, especially in West Indies for now.
