01:14Ekadashi Vrat is the best of all the Vrats.

01:18Due to the effect of Ekadashi Vrat, a person is liberated from sins and ultimately attains salvation.

01:26This time, the Ekadashi Tithi will begin on 30 July 2024, Tuesday, at 4.45 pm.

01:35And it will end on 31 July 2024, Wednesday, at 3.56 pm.

01:43Dwadashi Yukta Shuddha Hari Vasar Ekadashi is on 31 July 2024, Wednesday.

03:26On the day of Ekadashi, you should not use rice in the food or in any work.

03:32Because rice is prohibited.

03:34On this day, you should not eat salt.

03:37On this day, you should not use turmeric.

03:40On the day of Ekadashi, you should not sleep.

03:43If you sleep, you should take a bath before the Poojan Archan in the evening.

03:48You should do Jagran and Kirtan in the night as well.

03:51You should chant the name of God as much as possible.

03:56On the day of Ekadashi, you should not commit any sin.

04:00You should not hurt anyone.

04:02You should help the poor and helpless people.

04:06You should definitely do Ekadashi Vrat to get your ancestors liberated.

04:12After doing Ekadashi Vrat, you should do the Punya for your dead relatives.

04:19On the day of Dashami, before sleeping at night,

04:22you should chant the name of Lord Vishnu as Om Vishnave Namah, Om Vishnave Namah, Om Vishnave Namah.

04:30On the day of Ekadashi, you should wake up early in the morning,

04:33put some Ganga water in the water and take a bath.

04:36Then you should wear clean and clean clothes.

04:40The clothes should not be dirty and torn.

04:43On this day, you should not wear black and blue clothes.

04:46On the day of Ekadashi, after taking a bath, you should do Pooja and take a vow of Vrat.

04:53To take a vow, you should sit in front of God at the place of Pooja.

04:59After this, in the plate of Pooja, you should keep Jaun, Til, Supari, Kumkum, Chandan, Roli,

05:13Now, take water in your hand, keep a coin of Peelar Phool, Jaun and a rupee and take a vow in the name of your Gotra.

05:21Take a vow and dedicate it to the Lord.

05:24Pray to the Lord that,

05:26Hey Karuna Nidhan, Hey Dinanath, Hey Din Bandhu,

05:30Today I am going to do the Kamika Ekadashi Vrat of Lord Krishna of Shravan Maas.

05:37Please give me all the strength and capability,

05:40so that I can follow all the rules and take the Ekadashi Vrat in accordance with all the procedures.

05:47And may your grace always be upon me.

05:50On Ekadashi, offer water to the Sun God,

05:53worship the Tulsi Mata,

05:55worship the Gau Mata,

05:57bow down to the Gurus and their parents.

06:00On Ekadashi, lay a yellow cloth on the Chowki

06:03and place an idol of Lord Lakshmi Narayan Ji or a picture on it.

06:08After this, place a pot on a heap of wheat.

06:12Place the mango leaves in the pot and tie the coconut on it.

06:17After this, light a lamp of pure ghee

06:20and worship Lord Ganesh Ji and the pot for the first time.

06:25Now, worship Lord Lakshmi Narayan Ji.

06:28After worship, do aarti,

06:30offer nevidya to the Lord,

06:32and put tulsi leaves in the bhog.

06:35Listen to the Ekadashi Vrat Katha of Kathakami.

06:38On Ekadashi, offer tulsi leaves to the Lord during puja.

06:43Whatever bhog you offer to the Lord,

06:46put tulsi leaves in it.

06:48Because the Lord does not accept bhog without the tulsi leaves.

06:52Offer bhog to the Lord only of the sattvic things.

06:55On Ekadashi, you should chant the name of the Lord as much as possible.

06:59You should do bhajan and kirtan the whole day.

07:02On this day, you should definitely recite the name of Shri Vishnu Sahasranam and Shri Gopal Sahasranam.

07:08On this day, you should definitely recite the name of Shreemad Bhagwat Gita.
