This brain break is called ready, set, action.

What you're going to do is tell your students a sentence, and they're going to act out this

sentence using their bodies, facial expressions, or anything else that they'd like.

For example, your sentence might be something like, reach into the air as if you're grabbing

for balloons.

For 10 seconds, your students will act this out.

And then have them come back to a neutral.

And then you can try a new sentence with them.
