So my name's Gavin McShane. I started a little popcorn shop just over three years ago.
00:07
The feedback from my friends and my family was incredible.
00:11
So for once I took a bit of a risk and I invested in some kit from the States.
00:17
I decided one day to attend a farmer's market in Dungannon.
00:24
And I brought 100 bags down to Dungannon with me of four flavours.
00:29
And I sold out in a matter of hours.
00:32
And I couldn't believe how popular it was.
00:34
But I always had that as a good question.
00:36
Gavin, is this what you want to do?
00:38
Because I come from a corporate business environment.
00:40
To go from that to selling popcorn at authors and markets, it's a bit of a range.
00:46
My colleagues think it's fabulous.
00:48
I think the community over here are so passionate and so invested in their products.
00:54
And if you have somebody who's so passionate and invested in their products,
00:58
I can guarantee you it tastes absolutely incredible.
