00:25Absolutely awesome sign for Q's.
00:28Been around I think 30, 40 years I saw, and with the Chicago pizza place just don't open
00:33until 4.
00:34So, we were at Al's in Warrenville, this is the only one we could even find open, it's
00:38like 25 minutes away.
00:40Waited for the pizza probably for 15, 20 minutes, just an all-time conversation with three guys
00:45at the bar.
00:46I don't know if you ever heard them, they're just talking for the first 10 minutes about
00:51how you gotta fight, like if someone picks on you, you just gotta be willing to get beat
00:59up to prove like you can't just roll over, like you just punch somebody in the face and
01:04they'll get the message.
01:05And then it just turned into like logistics, like one of the kid's sons has a logistics,
01:10and they're like, you wanna be the guy putting the computer and saying aisle 15 goes there.

01:20And the traditional tavern, very hot.
01:24Now it's interesting because like if you go to Al's, I like how Al's is more well done,
01:29but this one actually looks like a tighter pizza.
01:33And when I say tighter, less greasy.
01:40Yeah.
01:42I'd love to combine the two.
01:47Seriously.
01:48And I'm gonna just say it, I'm not gonna be in Chicago now.
01:51Chicago is one of the worst pizza states in the country.

01:55It has to be said.
01:57There's lots of pizzas, lots of taverns.
01:59I think Zaza's is the only true eight I've given.

02:12But as big a city, and I don't put in a deep dish, and local Chicago people say deep dish

02:18I love the deep dish.
02:19You can't eat it a lot.

02:21Outside the deep dish.
02:23And Chicago people don't consider deep dish their real pizza.
02:27One of the worst pizza states in the union.

02:41But for a place that has a ton of Italians, a ton of pizza places, it stinks.
02:50I don't ever want to hear Chicago up there for great pizza because it's not.

02:55It's the same as everywhere else.
02:57They don't even open for lunch.
02:59They don't even serve pizza for lunch.
