00:00Well, the health service is on its knees. It's in real crisis. The Conservatives completely

00:04demolished it, really. And we've got to save it. And that means we need to start immediately.

00:11So next month, July, when Parliament gets back, we need an emergency health and care

00:16budget. We can't wait till the autumn. Everyone knows they're having problems getting a GP,

00:22the care system's in a mess, social care's not there for so many people. We have to start

00:28straight away. It's why the Liberal Democrats put it right at the centre of our manifesto

00:33and why we're calling today for an emergency health and care budget. If you vote Liberal

00:37Democrat and get a Liberal Democrat MP, yes, you'll get a champion for your community,

00:41but you get a voice in Parliament campaigning for urgent action on the health service and

00:45our care system.
