00:04The Easterlies are still in effect.

00:06This is the wind coming from the east, particularly the Pacific Ocean,

00:09which will generally bring hot weather to most of the country.

00:13And the Easterlies are also bringing rain, especially in the eastern portions.

00:17From this afternoon until later tonight, there is a high chance of rain here in Aurora,

00:22down in Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas,

00:25and before midnight, there is also a high chance here in the Caraga Region.

00:29To the rest of the country in the next few hours,

00:32and also to the localised thunderstorms,

00:35or the heavy rains and lightning and thunderstorms,

00:38including Metro Manila.

00:40Based on our latest satellite animation,

00:42the total rainfall here in the eastern portions,

00:45we do not see that it will be a low-pressure area and storm,

00:48and we also do not expect any weather disturbance

00:51that will enter our PAR in the next few days.

00:56Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 26,

00:58there is still a high chance of rain in the eastern portions of Luzon

01:01because it is still in the Easterlies, or the hot wind coming from the Pacific Ocean.

01:05There is a high chance of rain in Isabela, Aurora, Quezon,

01:09and a large part of Bicol Region, as well as Marinduque, Enronblon,

01:13only in the morning,

01:14and there may be continuous cloudy weather and rains until the evening,

01:18where there may be heavy rains and thunderstorms until the afternoon,

01:21which may cause floods and landslides.

01:25The remaining portion of Luzon tomorrow, including Metro Manila,

01:28is generally sunny in the morning in some parts of Northern Luzon,

01:32partly cloudy to cloudy skies in other areas of Central and Southern Luzon,

01:35including Metro Manila,

01:36but if it reaches the afternoon until the evening,

01:38there is a high chance of heavy rains and landslides.

01:44In Metro Manila, it will remain hot until the afternoon,

01:47up to 33 degrees Celsius,

01:49while in Baguio City by tomorrow, from 18 to 25 degrees Celsius.

01:54To our countrymen here in Visayas and Palawan,

01:57expect the highest chance of rain here in the northern portion of Palawan,

02:02Central Visayas, especially in the afternoon until the evening,

02:05and only in the morning tomorrow in Eastern Visayas.

02:08This is because of the easterlies or wind from the east.

02:12There are scattered rains and thunderstorms

02:14that may cause floods and landslides,

02:16while the remaining portion of Palawan plus Western Visayas,

02:20partly cloudy to cloudy skies by tomorrow,

02:22will also have a high chance of rain from the afternoon until the evening.

02:27Our temperature here in Metro Cebu is 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:32To our countrymen in Mindanao,

02:34the eastern portions are also affected by the easterlies.

02:36As early as morning,

02:38the Caraga region and Davao region are already affected

02:40by the rains, thunderstorms and landslides,

02:43and may continue in the afternoon until the evening,

02:45so be careful of floods and landslides.

02:48While the remaining portion of Mindanao

02:50also has a high chance of localized thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening,

02:57The temperature in Metro Davao,

02:59like in Cebu, is 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:48and for the rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila,

03:51from Thursday until Saturday, partly cloudy,

03:53and sometimes sunny in the morning,

03:55but it will often be dark by afternoon

03:58and it will often be dry and short rains.

04:02For our countrymen here in Visayas,

04:04the easterlies will also be affected on the eastern side,

04:06particularly the eastern Visayas by Thursday

04:10and the western and central portions,

04:12partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

04:15and by the afternoon, the chances of rain will be high.

04:18By Friday and Saturday,

04:20most of Visayas will have partly cloudy skies

04:22and it will often be sunny in the morning until the afternoon,

04:25and by the afternoon until the evening,

04:27the weather will also be gloomy

04:28and there are also chances of isolated thunderstorms.

04:31And lastly, for our countrymen here in Mindanao,

04:34expect from Thursday until Saturday,
