Aside from the beauty of the surroundings,
00:03
there are also many health benefits of the edible flower wishbone.
00:07
It can be used as a tea or as a garnish.
00:11
There is a way for you to have access to this wonder plant in your own garden.
00:16
Grow it yourself!
00:19
Food explorers, to those who are fond of salads, I have good news for you.
00:23
If you don't have backyards or lands to plant,
00:27
you can just plant it in the fields.
00:30
I will teach you how to plant a wishbone.
00:33
We just need a container.
00:35
The growing media we use is pit moss,
00:39
but you can also use vermicast, whichever is available to you.
00:48
After three weeks, this is our seedling.
00:53
We will just transfer it to a small field.
00:57
We will just put a hole in the middle.
01:00
That is where we will put our seedling.
01:04
Once the roots of our seedling are established,
01:07
we can transfer it to a bigger pot.
01:28
Since you don't have land to plant or to transfer it,
01:32
you can transfer it to a bigger pot.
01:36
If you want, you can add different colors.
01:40
They won't fight or fight each other.
01:44
They can get along well.
01:46
Like this, all of these are wishbones.
01:48
The only difference is the color.
01:50
As long as you know that the moisture is still okay,
01:53
you don't need to water it regularly.
01:56
If you water it regularly,
01:58
it will just grow leaves and not flowers.
02:02
You can transfer it to any place,
02:04
whether it is Manila or a hot place,
02:06
it will still survive.
02:08
It just needs enough sunlight and proper watering.
