00:00Well, I can tell you about the Liberal Democrat programme, and because we've been so ambitious
00:03about our health service and care, schools and capital investment, I think that will
00:09really help public service who are struggling at the moment. There's no two ways about it.
00:13We've got crumbling hospitals. We've got schools that are in desperate need for repair. And
00:19we are proposing ways of dealing with that. And you know, if you make those sorts of investments,
00:23you save money in the long run. And this is what really worries me about the Conservatives.
00:28They've allowed our public services to get in a mess, and they're proving it more expensive
00:32to run because they haven't made those essential investments. So I think if we have a different
00:36approach, the Liberal Democrat approach, I think this will be affordable because we've
00:40said where the money's coming from.
