02:49 This place became available, kind of a cute story.

02:52 He met his wife when his wife worked here, so they teamed up, re-bought it.

04:50 My only criticism, a little tighter, meaning like he's got the grondo cheese in there.

05:00 So Zephyr's Street Pizza, West Haven, who maybe is the biggest winner of this whole,

05:10 Cuz I think it's like a cutesy town, like I live in West Hartford.
