00:05 find out. The perk started right away. At the airport I could join the Sky Priority check-in

00:10 line and then board earlier than most passengers. For these long-haul flights I was allowed two

00:15 check bags, two carry-ons, plus an accessory. The premium comfort rows are in their own section of

00:19 the plane, fully separated from economy and business class. The seats have way more leg

00:23 room than economy, plus a larger screen and an adjustable leg rest and a foot rest. They also

00:29 recline a lot more than a standard economy seat, even though they don't lie flat like business

00:33 class seats. There are a few upgraded extras too, including a special premium comfort amenities kit,

00:38 pillow and blanket set, and noise cancelling headphones. During the flight, premium comfort

00:42 passengers get their own menu on real dishware with real silverware. There's even these cute

00:46 individual salt and pepper shakers and a free selection of alcoholic drinks. The food options

00:51 were varied, from a poke bowl with pulled duck to a vegetarian pepper stew, but the best part is the

00:56 stroopwafel ice cream. It is a Dutch airline after all. The verdict? Worth it. KLM's premium comfort

01:02 is a big step up from economy in terms of space, amenities, and service, and I was able to spread

01:08 out and sleep well. It made me a lot more comfortable for the long-haul flight.
