00:06 with the participation of Cuban and international artists.

00:09 Sublime moments have been offered by the biggest celebration of the Cuban recording industry,

00:17 with a program that has gifted us diverse musical proposals,

00:20 brainstorm sessions and the award gala for sound excellence

00:24 that took place at the Morty Theatre in Havana.

00:27 Various artists have performed on the stage of the Avellaneda Hall of this cultural institution,

00:33 such as Grupo Moncada, Orquesta Aragón, María Victoria Rodríguez,

00:38 Telmo Angulo, Dilson Hernández, Colectivo Colombia, Sexteto Tabalá, La Guarachera,

00:45 La Diva Kenymena, Muñequitos de Matanzas, Jacobo and the Colombian group La Mamba Negra.

00:51 The event's proposal also includes the Pavilion Cuba Stages,

00:55 the Cuba Disco 2024 International Symposium with the first line of business meeting in the Mayo Hall,

01:02 and the Pergola, that will host a space called "Feel the Music".

01:06 Later on, the central stage will host countryside musical poetry improvisers

01:11 from the Saiz Brothers Association, along with Colombian guests Telmo Angulo and Dilson Hernández.

01:18 The cultural house of Alba opened its doors to the musicality of Ariel Barreiros,

01:23 John Maya and his group from the Basque Country, and Ismael de la Torre,

01:29 while the Theatre Hall of the National Museum of Fine Arts will present Yasec Maipzano

01:35 and his group in the company of Sintes of Portugal and the Tempo Quintet.

01:40 As a part of this journey, Cuba Disco has spread to several venues in the capital,

01:44 such as the Miramar Café, the Mella Gardens, Boulevard 66, Arte Habana and La Tropical,

01:51 as well as to cultural centers in several municipalities.

01:55 Well, the National Council of Houses of Culture thanks Cuba Disco for making us participate this year

02:04 in this great party of the Cuban musical records, from the communities and its system of houses of culture.

02:10 We started last Sunday 12th in the House of Culture of Central Havana, José Hito Fernández,

02:16 with the usual artistic encounter of Judith González, and we had the group Ensemble Vocal invited.

02:22 We will also enjoy a nice day on Friday 17th at the Cultural Technological Center La Corbata,

02:30 with the best of the amateur artist movement, and we will close with the concert of Leonel Limonta and Azúcar Negra.

02:37 We also have on the 18th at the House of Culture Olga Alonso in the municipality of San Miguel del Padrón,

02:43 and at the House of Culture Carlos Burboa in the municipality of Cotorro,

02:48 thanks to the musical project Closer to You, artists such as Camerata Romeo.

02:53 All these concerts will start at 6pm.

02:56 Also on Saturday 18th at the Pabellón Cuba we have the Wattec Infantil,

03:01 since Cuba Disco is dedicated to countryside music, and on Sunday as the final day of Cuba Disco

03:07 we will be at the Casa de la Cultura Rita Montaner of the municipality of Buenavacoa,

03:12 with the group Trio Móviles, with musicians Ivette Betancourt and Mabel González.

03:17 The contest select winners in different categories such as heritage, academic,

03:27 instrumental jazz, song, current dance music, fusion, urban, artificial and general.
