Morehouse College faculty voted to confer Biden with an honorary doctorate as commencement speaker. Biden is scheduled to deliver the commencement address and receive the honorary degree this Sunday at the historically Black college in Atlanta, Georgia Some students, faculty, and alumni have protested over Biden's involvement in the recent Gaza war between Israel and Hamas. The White House met with Morehouse students and faculty for two hours to discuss concerns over Biden politicizing the speech.
