Foden wants to keep evolving at Man City after FWA award

Premier League star Phil Foden credited Pep Guardiola and said he couldn't ask for a better manager.

00:04Really special, playing in the Premier League, the toughest league for me.

00:09I said at the start of the year in one of my interviews that I wanted to try and be one of the best players in the league.

00:15I think this season my games come on loads and I perform really well.

00:19So I'm delighted to be amongst so many special players that have won the award before.

00:25It's a pleasure.

00:26Being an attacking player at Man City, you want that responsibility to try and score goals and assist my teammates.

00:32I think playing higher up, that's what the aim is to do.

00:37So I put that pressure on me and I like that pressure.

00:40I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be my coach.

00:43I feel like it's improved me so much since I first started training with the first team.

00:48I'm only still 23 and I still want to keep taking advice and try and get even better.
