00:00I'll be me, I'll be authentic, I'll be who I am on a daily basis.
00:05That won't change in terms of how I deal with people on a daily basis, regardless of the role that I'm in.
00:12Obviously the responsibilities are very different to the role I've just had.
00:17Very pressurised, need brilliant people around me, which I have got, and we will add to that.
00:24But yeah, I won't try and emulate anybody.
00:28I'm so respectful of Thomas, like I really am.
00:31I was respectful before I came to the building, so obviously I'm going to be more respectful, having worked with him for 12 months.
00:38I think I'll go back to one of the questions.
00:40I have to be me, and as part of me being me and very authentic is doing my due diligence,
00:48really understanding all the individuals in the building.
00:51I'm a big fan of coaches playing to the strengths of the personnel that they have in front of them,
00:58rather than fixating on what they ideally want to play like.
01:03I love the way our team has played for numerous years.
01:08I love the individuals, I love the capabilities and the potential that we have got in the building.
01:12So it's just about progressing that, really.
01:14It's just a little bit.
01:15Yeah.
