00:38 and to be ranked number one is a huge honour.
00:41 And I think all of us in Saim Darby Property
00:44 would be most grateful
00:46 and feel very motivated
00:49 the fact that we won number one.
00:51 It's been a hell of a year, not just for the industry
00:54 but for all of us in Saim Darby Property.
00:57 Working very hard and we've delivered our record year

01:02 in the last two years, two consecutive years.
01:05 So this is really something that will serve to motivate us

01:17 the top All Stars Award went to Setia Awan Group
01:20 who also managed to win two other honours awards
01:23 for its Astrum Ampang development project.
01:26 In the first place, we did not expect to win.
01:29 The best part, we won the first prize.
01:32 Definitely it's something to us, very meaningful to us
01:36 and also I must thank the team
01:39 for their hard work, dedication
01:41 and also the innovation of the product that we come up with
01:44 especially for the TOD project.
01:47 Two new categories were also introduced
01:50 the Star Property Reader's Choice
01:52 Newsmaker of the Year
01:53 and the Sustainability Vanguard Award
01:56 Best ESG Conscious Development.
01:58 Masing Group Berhad, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor
02:02 and Saim Darby Property Berhad
02:04 were declared the Maiden Winners of the Newsmaker of the Year
02:07 with each achieving Excellence Rankings.
02:09 As for the Sustainability Vanguard Award
02:13 Udah Holdings Berhad and UMW Development Sendirian Berhad
02:17 were the Maiden Winners for Pertama Kompleks
02:19 and UMW High Value Manufacturing Park, respectively.
02:24 Well, we get one of the best ESG conscious development
02:28 and also the best industrial park.
02:30 So it's a well-planned, well-managed
02:32 very sustainable ESG conscious.
02:34 We're very honoured to be selected

03:30 was organised by Star Property Sendirian Berhad,

04:37 as one of the important nation builders
04:40 by fulfilling Malaysian desire for home ownership.
