UK pledges long-term aid to Ukraine amid new offensive

Lord Cameron has expressed concern over a new Russian offensive on Ukraine near Kharkiv. The UK has pledged ongoing financial aid of £3 billion a year to help Ukraine defend itself and is urging other countries to do the same. Report by Etemadil.
