00:00Uh, it's been six months since we shot and definitely, uh, I think we were there for such a

00:07long time and we were shooting 24-7 and it had so much footage to put in a 45-minute episode.

00:14I think, you know, a lot of things happened that wasn't shown in the edits, like, that built up

00:21my exit to the show. Uh, it first started off with, like, at the same time we saw, um, comments being

00:28made about Gabriela, about her looks. Uh, it started off with comments about my nationality,

00:34my accent, where I come from, me speaking about that I'm from Brazil, and I could hear

00:40this type of comments. And, uh, a lot of times that wasn't showed either. That was a lot of,

00:46uh, passive, aggressive, uh, responses to me when I was trying to speak up and tell my stories or my

00:54opinions. And I feel like with the edit, it put it, like, a lot of me isolating myself, which it

01:02was moments that was, like, I was eating in the cafeteria by myself because everybody was sleeping.

01:06I went to make a drink because nobody wanted to make a drink for myself. So, I think that's how

01:12it was put in. Uh, so that was how it started, like, me feeling isolated, especially working

01:19the front of the house that I was working constantly with Marciano, Hannah, Telly, which

01:25they were very passive, aggressive people. And, uh, you know, they, they don't care what they say.

01:31They don't care the comments that they make. And it was just, you know, like, it was, it was just,

01:36like, burning me out. And my safe time was, like, every time I went to bed, which I was with Emily

01:43with at the time, it was the people I was the closest with. And when they say that I was

01:49homesick, for me, homesick, it's such a crazy thing because I live here for almost 12 years now.

01:57And it's not that I miss home or I would have moved back to Brazil, right? I think it's because

02:03I come from a culture that we're so welcoming. We're so open arms to everybody. So, and I was

02:09not raised in an environment where it has a lot of screaming, a lot of yelling and negativity all

02:14the time. So I was just feeling like this is sucking my soul out. So that's, for me, the

02:21homesick, I was missing, like, people actually liking me. And it's like, my parents seen the show

02:27is like, you're not like that. Like, you don't isolate yourself. You don't do that. So I think

02:32that was a little bit that it was missing out on my part on the part of the show.
