The over 50's health club in Wolverhampton goes from strength to strength.

00:00 So I'm Martin Mayer, I'm the Community Fitness Instructor at Bradmore. I teach a 50+ age group and basically it's a non-gym environment.
00:11 It makes people feel more relaxed to exercise rather than feel under pressure in a gym.
00:17 So I've been doing this for a number of years now and everyone just makes friends as well rather than just getting fitness.
00:25 It's nice to see the way everyone behaves.
