00:34 And when I realised that we really did have a chance of winning the Brexit referendum

00:49 was when I, as a former Tory MP, went to the north of England

00:55 to what is known as the Red Wall

00:58 and was actually welcomed and cheered in working men's clubs.

01:04 And then I knew that people were uniting in a cause

01:11 and that cause was Brexit.

01:14 And now we can all unite, whatever our differences may be.

01:20 We can all unite in a cause and that cause is the Union.

01:37 Now, tell me, if you are subject to EU law

01:41 which the rest of the UK is not subject to,

01:45 is that a Union?

01:49 And if you are subject to trade restrictions

01:53 which the rest of the UK is not subject to,

02:00 And that is the point.

02:02 I have been asked several times today by the press and the media,

02:07 I have been asked several times, but look, you know,

02:11 surely the argument is over.

02:14 The DUP has accepted the Windsor Framework.

02:17 Stormont is functioning again, so I've been asked,

02:21 surely therefore it's all over.

02:24 But it cannot be over while there is no proper Union.
