Catherine Ribeiro - album Le blues de Piaf 1977

In her first solo album Catherine Ribeiro tries her hand reinterpreting famous songs from the repertoire of the queen of French chanson Edith Piaf, all mediated through her personal beliefs and musical experiences. Her arrangements don't stay too far from the originals, but each song is certainly influenced by her personality.
