Women's Shed Ballarat will launch later in 2024 but have secured a shed without any government funding.

00:00 Welcome to the Women's Shed, come in.
00:02 So, this is going to be our garden space.
00:08 We've got a few women that are interested in horticulture,
00:11 and so they're setting up a space over here where they're going to have
00:15 mowers that women can borrow to do their lawns,
00:19 and lots of gardening equipment, and we're having a lot of women with knowledge supporting this.
00:24 And then we've got a space over here that's going to be
00:28 welling, but still needs to be cleaned up and fixed.
00:32 We're going to be running workshops in this space and
00:36 throughout here.
00:40 And then we're also going to try and set this up as a
00:44 arts and crafts space for women that want to do more
00:48 craft related activities. And then we've got a
00:52 kitchen facility here that we're going to do
00:56 meetings and just a breakout space
