00:10 high speed rail link between Port Adaine and Derry. It's part of the all island strategic

00:15 rail review. It's an ambitious plan, it gives connectivity, it tackles climate change and

00:22 promotes public transport. So these projects are medium to long term but they are important and

00:30 it's crucial that those projects include tackling regional imbalance and correcting mistakes of the
