00:04 2 must have been warmer than this. It's absolutely Baltic, but you're here in central London

00:09 in one of the most beautiful, kind of historic places for a premiere.

00:15 They were going to do it in the McDonald's around the corner originally.

00:18 And they thought, that's just not gangster enough. I know you do it for the craft, you

00:22 do it to be an actor, to be on set, but this is kind of the icing on the cake, the cherry

00:26 on top, isn't it? When you all get to get together again, watch something together that

00:30 you've worked so hard at, see the people you've not seen for so long, how are you feeling?

00:35 Yeah, it was a long show and it was a great thing to do. It was a bit of a wrestling match,

00:42 trying to make sure the show felt like it existed not only in Guy Ritchie's world, but

00:48 over eight episodes. So we were very cognizant of that, but luckily we have a really great

00:52 cast and as you were saying, we're able to celebrate it now with Kaya right there, with

00:57 Dan, with everyone, and it feels really gratifying to do that.

01:00 What does a night like tonight actually look like for the start of a new show or a new

01:05 film? Because we chat to you out on the carpet, you go inside, we presume you watch it or

01:09 watch some of a show or a film you've just done, then whist off to some fancy party.

01:14 Has Guy invited you all round? What's the crack of it tonight?

01:17 We're going to Eat Tokyo, that Japanese restaurant behind you after, join us. Mainly it's drinking

01:24 heavily so that I can barely see.

01:26 Do you get nervous to watch it with people as well though?

01:30 Yeah, I don't. You look delightful darling. I do and I find it hard to watch myself actually.

01:37 I kind of want to crawl out of my own skin, so I try and avoid it as much as physically

01:41 possible if I'm honest.

01:43 We've seen Guy Ritchie projects before, we've seen him absolutely nail this genre before,

01:50 but for new audiences what can we expect from this show? What are the big points that we

01:56 should be bearing in mind when we're sitting down to watch Netflix on Thursday nights?

02:01 The melding of the two worlds is what always interested me the most. Aristocracy, the hilarity

02:08 of that, the history of it, the problems with it, but then the ritual of it. There's something

02:14 about British history, the kind of shadow of British empire mixed with the working class,

02:21 hard graft building empires from the ground up which is Ray and Kai's character. The melding

02:25 of that, violence versus aristocracy and how they explode together is fun and dynamic.

02:30 At the end of the day, well I don't know about dynamic, we'll see if people think it's dynamic,

02:35 but it's fun and comedic. It's a comedy essentially.

02:38 When you play a character for Guy Ritchie who can take care of himself, do you end up

02:43 leaving the set walking a little taller, your head a little higher?

02:46 Yeah, he teaches everyone how to headbutt someone. The classic headbutt, the classic

02:51 Guy Ritchie headbutt. No, no, he doesn't really. Yeah, I mean you definitely feel like you're

02:55 in a Guy Ritchie show. It's full of style, it's full of great music, he's still incredibly

03:01 interested in the soundtrack, how music reacts with the show that he's made. He's also very

03:09 effective in the cut. He loves bombastic hard cuts away, returning to story in a way that

03:15 is not expected.

03:16 Well I'm sure the people through the doors will enjoy it as much as I did. Go have a
