The Peeping Tom is a 1997 Hong Kong thriller suspense crime action movie produced and directed by Ivan Lai Kai-Ming (黎繼明), starring Jade Leung Chang (梁琤) and Mark Cheng Ho-Nam (鄭浩南) as main roles.
Roy Chen Chih-Lai (Mark) is a sick rapist / serial killer with a leg fetish, and cuts off his victims’ legs as trophies after he’s through raping them.
One day at a bank robbery shootout, Roy catches police woman Inspector Cheng Hsuen (Jade) on camera, and chooses her to be his next victim. He begins to stalk her and enter her personal life, even waiting for her inside her home. He notices her sister, Kelly (野本美穂 Miho Nomoto), an Air Stewardess, and her boyfriend, Ken (謝興華 Michael Tse Tin-wah). After he kidnaps and rapes Kelly, Cheng decides to lure the madman by using herself as bait, and bring justice to the situation.
