00:11 The shifts will be from noon to 9pm on weekdays and from 7am to 9pm on weekends.

00:17 The decision was made following complaints made by the residents on traffic congestion,

00:22 traders occupying parking bays, safety hazards from electric scooters and noise pollution.

00:28 Recently, enforcement officers confiscated items including 15 electric scooters, trolleys

00:34 and a food truck in the area.

00:36 "We saw the situation at the end of the week at Tasik Titiwangsa, at Kuantan Road.

00:44 We saw a lot of activities, such as robberies, bicycles, scooters that did not get permission

00:50 from the DPKL.

00:52 So we will put two or three members to monitor the Kuantan Road to ensure that there are

01:00 no activities of robberies and things that do not get permission from the DPKL."

01:10 Dr. Zaleha Mustafa said she had instructed City Hall to re-regulate all business activities

01:16 at the park within one month.

01:18 She said this is to restore the original goal of the park as a recreational center for families.
