Four people die at unpatrolled beach on Phillip Island

A fourth person has died after Victoria's worst drowning tragedy in almost two decades. A man and three women were pulled from the water at an unpatrolled beach on Victoria's Phillip Island yesterday. Three people died at the scene while a third woman in her 20s died in hospital this morning.
