WA government commits to increasing funding for homelessness services amid cost of living crisis

The state government has committed to a 23-per-cent boost in baseline funding for 10 key homelessness services in WA, as the cost of living and skyrocketing rental prices continue to bite. It comes as Housing Minister John Carey defends a technical reduction in the number of social dwellings since Labor took power, arguing his government inherited a mess which it's fixing.
