If we had to find a good reason to love winter, we would simply say: raclette! When temperatures drop, we indulge and warm up with this creamy and friendly recipe. Small problem: you don't have a raclette machine!! No worries! Today we offer you a savory cake where you can find the delicious flavors of raclette ;-)

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 1 onion
- 10 ounces Raclette cheese (or sharp cheddar)
- 5 ounces prosciutto
- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 ounces butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- salt
- pepper
