Paush Bada Health: पौष माह की ठंड में राजस्थान के कई इलाको में पौषबड़ा बनाने का रिवाज है। यह एक तरह का महोत्सव है। जैसा कि नाम से मालूम चल रहा है पौष यानी हिंदू पंचाग का दसवां महीना और बड़ा यानी पकौड़ा।
