The sky over Bayonne, France, was filled with joy and hope for both citizens and visitors as it became adorned with countless enchanting lanterns.
"The city of Bayonne used to organize a lantern release every year," the filmer, Nino Jocou, told WooGlobe. "This year being the last time they did this, we wanted to take a better vantage point to truly appreciate this fairy event, so we went up to a roof to shoot the video."
