'Wonderful footage taken in Las Vegas, Nevada during RiSE Festival 2021 shows innumerable lanterns floating into the sky.
"Each person who participates in RiSE Festival gets 2 lanterns and we set them off at the same time," the filmer, Madeline Perez noted. "I've known about this festival for years and finally decided to go this time. It was a night well spent!"
