00:00 Some more gossip on Meghan Markle has surfaced as she is reportedly considering being a part-time

00:14 And just reuniting with the royal family on a part-time basis.

00:24 But what does that even mean, a part-time royal?

00:27 Well, amid financial challenges, especially with her husband Prince Harry and whatnot,

00:33 the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, she's open to the idea of spending eight months

00:37 in California and the rest renting an apartment at Kensington Palace.

00:42 Talk about part-time royal, guys.

00:45 This agreement is seen as a potential step to mend her marriage with Prince Harry, as

00:51 well as improve the relationship with King Charles, who desires family reunification.

00:57 Meghan is yearning for a reconciliation with the royals amidst the financial woes that

01:01 she and Prince Harry are currently facing.

01:03 However, one source stressed that there is a very crucial condition for any potential

01:09 reunion like this to happen, and it's that Meghan and Harry must refrain from speaking

01:14 negatively about the royal family going forward.

01:18 Describing this as non-negotiable, the inside source stressed that it's imperative to avoid

01:25 a second expulsion from the family.

01:29 Meghan and Harry have to agree not to speak ill of the royals again.

01:34 That's a must.

01:35 It would be an utter embarrassment if they were to be kicked out of the family for a

01:40 second time.

01:41 And I 100% agree.

01:43 If you're looking to mend bridges and reunite with your family, which is definitely, I think,

01:49 something that would be advantageous for Meghan and Harry, you don't want to re-burn the bridge.

01:55 While Meghan's return to the UK may seem unlikely, there are some indications that

02:00 she could always have a way back.

02:04 It's still clear she's still married to Prince Harry.

02:09 Still royal, still married to him, so even on that level, there's always a way back for

02:15 her into the royal family.

02:17 Also, when you take a look at some of the reports that came out about Meghan and Harry

02:27 considering an invitation for Christmas 2023 and a positive phone call between Prince Harry

02:33 and his father, King Charles, and this happened on the King's birthday, well this suggests

02:37 that this could definitely be something possible in the future.

02:40 Meghan reportedly had a conversation with her father-in-law also, and just when reconciliation

02:46 seemed possible, Omid Scobie's latest book, Endgame, created some complications and shattered

02:54 hopes of a reunion.

02:57 But despite the fallout from Omid Scobie's book and the ensuing controversy, it's suggested

03:04 that there is always a way back for Meghan, even though it may have reignited the family's

03:11 anger towards her and towards Harry.

03:14 Duncan Larkholm, speaking to New Magazine, acknowledged the current tensions but pointed

03:20 out that there's historical precedent for redemption, citing Camilla's transformation

03:25 from being widely disliked to becoming the Queen consort.

03:29 He specifically said in his own words, and I quote, "There's always a way back.

03:33 Look at Camilla.

03:34 She was the most hated person in Britain and now she's the Queen.

03:38 If that's possible, anything's possible.

03:41 But as things stand, at the moment, I'd say it's pretty unthinkable."

03:45 And I don't even know if they would want a part-time royal relationship.

03:51 How would that even work anyways?

03:54 It's like a few months out of the year you're doing the royal duties, next month you're

03:58 doing the entertainment thing.

04:00 It's like your focus is still going to be divided.

04:02 Not that it can't be done, it's just, I don't know.

04:05 I don't know.

04:06 I don't necessarily see that happening.

04:07 I think Meghan especially doesn't want to do any of that stuff.

04:12 Doesn't really want to do the royal stuff.

04:14 But I think she might be open to the idea of doing it part-time just to be on the good

04:19 side of the royal family again and to kind of relieve some of that negative public pressure

04:23 that her and Harry are facing.

04:26 So this may be a means to an end, but I don't think that it's definitely her end goal for

04:32 sure to be a part-time royal.

04:33 I think she does not want to be a royal, but she just wants the title of a royal.
