00:50 Team say that they've begun treatment to deal with the problem. In Burnley a large
00:57 cannabis farm has been dismantled after police executed a warrant at a house in
01:02 Oxford Road. 3,000 plants have been found and the electricity had been bypassed. In
01:09 Wigan a man is being treated for hypothermia after falling into the River
01:12 Douglas in the early hours of this morning. The 35 year old was found after
01:17 an ASDA worker heard his cries for help. And the weather across the North West
01:21 today, it's grey and it's blustery and that looks like it's going to continue.
01:26 Temperature is going to be around 10 degrees so it's going to be mild but it's
01:30 going to remain very windy, drizzly for most of the day with rain becoming
01:35 heavier over the weekend.
