00:04 I am owner of Abdul's BBQ. I started this business in

00:14 2022 and learning from YouTube videos and influencers. My signature dish is the Wagyu brisket.

00:21 It's the Wagyu brisket smoked for at least 14 hours and served with coleslaw, pickles and two sauces.
