00:20 The suspect is known as John Thomas Minor.

00:24 According to the bench warrant from the Supreme Court in America,

00:27 Minor is a victim of rape of child in the first degree,

00:31 child molestation in the first degree,

00:34 rape of a child in the second degree,

00:36 and child molestation in the second degree.

00:39 His victims are all US nationals.

00:42 In John's case,

00:45 in his rape and molestation cases,

00:48 he was a minor.

00:51 So we can see that he did it very carelessly

00:55 because he was a minor.

00:58 Now he is here in the Philippines,

01:00 which really we see is a threat to the children here in the Philippines.

01:05 Minor has been hiding in the Philippines for several years.

01:08 But now, his vacation is coming to an end.

02:37 and received the delivery.

02:41 that his current address is there.
