The perfect appetizer that everyone will agree on: Yakitori! These Japanese skewers combine marinated beef in a Yakitori sauce and hard cheese.
Interestingly, you will find this recipe in most Japanese restaurants in France but not in the Land of the Rising Sun. This recipe is actually a creation of Japanese restaurateurs who know how much the French love cheese, unlike the Japanese :-)

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of beef carpaccio
- 1 block of Emmental cheese (250 gr)

Yakitori sauce:
- 75 ml soy sauce
- 75 ml water
- 65 gr brown sugar
- 25 ml rice vinegar
- 1 green onion (only the green part)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 7 gr corn starch (or 1/2 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp water

- oil
