This little pastries are the best, and so easy to bake : some puff pastry, vanilla custard, and a few apricot slices, and there you are!
Ingredients:
Vanilla custard :
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch

- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 can of tinned apricots
- 1 egg
- icing sugar
