The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has an investigation standard operating procedure (SOP), to prevent data leakage during the investigation period, said Deputy Communications and Digital Minister Teo Nie Ching in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Nov 27).
