00:07 I was making a delivery. I could hear a cat crying.

00:18 Lo and behold, there the cat was at the very bottom, with his head stuck through his greenish hole.

00:27 I phoned local animal rescue. They hadn't called me back.

00:38 This engineer was working close by. He basically jumped into action.
